How it works

Our process involves:

Parent/physician calls and outlines concerns.

We conduct a brief consultation over the phone to determine if we can help.

Together, we determine insurance coverage.

Set up an initial appointment: a one hour evaluation.

Based on evaluation, determine an appropriate plan of care.

From there, we meet with the child regularly.

We track progress through regular reevaluations.

And finally, we coach children & parents on staying consistent and doing the homework

Our Approach to ABA

Individualized, Function-Based & Whole-Child Focused

We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand your child’s strengths, challenges, preferences, and the function of specific behaviors.

Rather than asking, “How do we stop this behavior?” we ask,

“Why is this behavior happening — and what skill can we teach instead?”

Each treatment plan is fully customized and may target:

  • Communication (verbal, AAC, or alternative forms)
  • Emotional regulation
  • Social interaction
  • Daily living skills
  • Safety awareness
  • Flexibility and tolerance of change

We take a multidisciplinary, whole-child approach, collaborating with speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and other providers when appropriate. This ensures that goals are aligned and that the child is supported across all developmental domains.

Programs are continuously adjusted based on ongoing data collection and clinical oversight.
